I couldn't describe this well enough as the ramen quality has remained consistent since the first time I tried this in Trinoma several years ago. It never fails to bring a smile to my face as contentment is quite obvious after stepping out of the restaurant. The same big smile comes out this time at home with limited dining out options. Keep up the good work.
I am so happy that Hanamaruken Ramen is accessible to us here in Metro Manila. I say that because my wife and I have been to the original and popular Hanamaruken Ramen shop in Shinsaibashi in Osaka, and the flavor and quality of the ramen that they serve has not diminished at all.
We have tried the Happiness Ramen, Pot Belly, and Salary Man's ramen dishes here and in Osaka, and there is nothing lost in translation, Hanamaruken is as authentic as you can get with the one in Japan.
The broth is always rich, the meat soft, flavorful and tender, and the noodles springy and filling. Hanamaruken will always be out go-to ramen place, especially now since we miss travelling to Japan and Hanamaruken will always bring us a little piece of Kansai here.
